Creating a Job
Your Job is the service that you sell on Podcaster Pros. Creating your Job is an opportunity to show off your talent and provide buyers with all the information they need to help them decide to do business with you.
To create a Job:
After you log in, from the Selling menu, click Jobs.
Click POST NEW.
STEP 1: Job Info >>
In the JOB TITLE field, write a title of up to 80 characters. Your title should be short, clear, and to the point.
In the JOB PRICE menu, input a price for your service, determine if the price is fixed or hourly.
In the CATEGORY drop-down menu, select the appropriate category and then subcategory for your Job. **For example, if your service is Audio Podcast Intros, select Intros & Outros > Audio Branding.
In the DESCRIPTION field, briefly describe your Job (up to 5,000 characters). Be as detailed as possible so buyers will be able to understand if this meets their needs.
ADD IN DESCRIPTION: We also recommend including some Frequently Asked Questions about your job at the bottom area of the description field. Add some questions you think buyers may ask, and then write your answer.
In the TAGS field, add a minimum of one word or phrase that best describes your Job.
Click BUYER INFORMATION to continue.
STEP 2: Buyer Info >>
INSTRUCTIONS TO BUYER: Tell your buyer what you need to start the order. We recommend having at least 3 requirements to help get your job going quickly. Please identify which requirements are MANDATORY.
MAX DAYS TO DELIVER: In the Max Days To Deliver drop-down menu, select the number of days it will take for you to complete your Job.
INSTANT DELIVERY FILES: If your job has instant delivery files SELECT FILES to upload them please make sure each file has been ZIPPED.
LET’S MEET: If your job is location-based, meaning you must meet with the buyer to complete the transaction.
When finished defining your buyer requirements, click MEDIA.
STEP 3: Media >>
IMAGES: In the Job Photos area, drag an image or click the image to upload an image. Upload photos that describe or relate to your Job. You may upload up to three images. The photos can be samples of your work.
***Each image should be in JPEG, PNG, GIF, or BMP format, and up to 50 MB. The image should be owned by you. Do not use copyrighted images; otherwise your Job won’t be approved.
VIDEO LINK: Add a YouTube link here for your main Job Video. Or Upload a short Video: We recommend to keep your video short around 75 seconds works best and that you mention your services are offered exclusively on Podcaster Pros. ***Make sure your video is no longer than 75 seconds and less than 50 MB.
AUDIOS: In the Job Audio area, drag an mp3 file or click the paper clip to upload an audio file. Upload audio that describe or relates to your Job. You may upload up to three files. ***Each audio should be in MP3 and MPEG, up to 15 MB.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WAV FILES. The audio should be owned by you. Do not use copyrighted songs or sound effects; otherwise, your Job won’t be approved.
When finished adding your media, click EXTRA.
Step 4: Extra >>
EXTRA FAST DELIVERY: To enable this extra select the “Extra Fast Delivery” checkbox and indicate how many days it will take you to deliver, and how much money you will charge.
ADDITIONAL REVISION: To enable this extra select the “Additional Revision” checkbox and indicate how much money you will charge, how many days it will take you to deliver, and if you would like to allow multiple revisions. In addition, you can offer extra services for your Job, which will be available to the buyer during the order process. These fields are optional.
EXTRA: Here you can customize an extra for your Job by adding any extra service, then fill out a title, description, amount of money you will charge, and how long it will take you.

****Note: For each extra provided, select the checkbox and set your price and how long it will take you to complete.
If you provide a product, you can charge shipping fees.
Select the checkbox, and select how much you charge to a specific country and then to everywhere else.
