Post a Request

If you have trouble finding what you are looking for or have a special request, you can submit a Job request. This allows you to make a request to the Podcaster Pros directly. If your request fits the criteria of a seller, the seller will submit an offer.

To request a specific service:
Once logged in, from the User menu, click Requests, then click Post a Request.

In the description area, write what you are searching for.

For example, if you are looking for an Intro, you can specify your podcast name, type of podcast and format, preferred sound, etc. Add any relevant tags to your request. If you’d like, you can attach a file example. Note: You can only attach one file, up to 30 MB.

Select the category and subcategory of your request.

For example, if you are looking for an intro, you should choose “Audio Branding” within the “Intros and Outros” category.

Note: In some categories, you may be asked to provide additional information (criteria).

Select the deadline for when you would like your service delivered once you place your order.

Enter your budget for the starting amount to the max amount for the service you are requesting.

Click “Suggest” to post. 

Your request will be instantly approved and appear in the listing. If your request violates our policies it may be removed and unapproved by Customer Service.

To manage your requests:
Once logged in, from the User menu, click Requests, then click My Requests
Edit: If you need to change any information on the request
Deactivate: if you want to pause your request due to too many offers, for example.
Delete: if you want to remove your request.

To remove your offer from the marketplace, click Delete.

Job Request statuses:
ACTIVE: This means your Job request is available and can be viewed by sellers as an active request.
INACTIVE: This means your Job request is not active and not available to sellers. For example, if you have enough offers on your request, you can pause your request.
IN REVIEW: Once you submit a request, the status is pending until it’s approved by Podcaster Pros.
REJECTED: If your request doesn’t meet the proper criteria from our content team, it will be labeled Unapproved.
ASSIGNED: This means your Job request has been assigned to a pro and is in the works.
COMPLETED: There are past Requests that have been completed successfully.
